Webinar Description:

Part 1. The Corps of Engineers will discuss the current rule (Pre-2015 Regime) defining the scope of waters protected under the Clean Water Act. The presentation will include some of the differences between the current rule and previous rules.

Part 2. BWSR staff will give updates on numerous programs and policies including: 404 Assumption, Rulemaking, WI-MN Functional Assessment Initiative, Banking Program overview, WCA program activity 2016 – 2020, new guidance, and MWPCP training.
