WPA Membership
If you are interested in wetland science, consider joining the WPA. Your membership in the Wetland Professionals Association includes free admission to educational forums, four issues per year of the newsletter, the opportunity to appear in the WPA consultant's directory, and voting privileges. Annual Membership Dues (Starting Jan. 1, 2007)
Voting Member: $30.00
Nonvoting Member: $20.00
Student Member (Nonvoting): $10.00
Attendance at WPA Forums is free for members in good standing. Attendance for non-members costs $5.00 per Forum
The membership year begins January 1 and ends December 31 each year. Payment of dues is considered dues for the year specified on the application, except that dues paid after November 1 will be considered for payment of dues the following year.

Code of Ethics
Each WPA member, in striving to meet the objectives of the Association, pledges to:
· Subscribe to the highest standards of integrity and conduct.
· Recognize research and scientific methodology of wetland science.
· Disseminate information to promote the understanding of and appreciation for wetland science.
· Strive to increase knowledge and skills to advance the profession of wetland science.
· Promote competence in the field of wetland science by supporting high standards of education, employment, and performance.
· Encourage the use of scientific information in regulatory decisions.
· Support fair and uniform standards of employment and treatment of those professionally engaged in the profession of wetland science. |
